India Kawasaki Motors (IKM) launched Zinja ZX 14R and Ninja ZX 10R in India. The bikes will be imported as completely built units from Japan and will be retailed through the newly established standalone shop at Wakdewadi in Pune. The Kawasaki Ninja ZX 14R priced at ₹ 16.90 Lakhs and Ninja ZX 10R at ₹15.70 Lakhs (ex-showroom Pune).
The Kawasaki Ninja ZX 14R comes with four-stroke, liquid cooled 1441 cc engine with 6 speed gearbox which produces maximum power of 200 PS at 10000 RPM and Maximum torque of 162.5 NM at 7500 RPM. Kawasaki Ninja ZX has renowned ram-air system feeding the engine more air as speeds rise.
The Kawasaki Ninja ZX 10R comes with four stroke Liquid cooled in-line four 998cc engine with 6 speed gearbox which produces maximum power of 200.1 PS at 13000 RPM and Maximum torque of 112 NM at 11500 RPM. The Ninja 10R features a new engine, new frame and new suspension, the bike is armed with top of the line suspension fully adjustable front and rear inverted forks and horizontal mounted gas charged monoshock at the rear. The 10R comes with disc brakes at the front and rear and it features Kawasaki’s new race-type traction control system (S-KTRC) and super sport-grade ABS.
