Hyundai India has launched it’s Global SUV The All New Tucson in India. The Hyundai Tucson will directly compete with Toyota Fortuner which is most loved SUV in India.
Design
Hyundai Tucson follows the same Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 Design Philosophy. On the front side, you’ll find Hyundai signature Hexagonal front grille with Dual Barrel LED headlamps, the wing-shaped horizontal bar at the bumper along with LED daytime running lights.
On the back, it has a clean design with horizontal lines start from wheel arches to slim tail lights. The appeal of the car is further highlighted with the Twin Chrome Exhaust promoting a powerful and aggressive image.
Engine
The Hyundai Tucson is powered by two engine: 2.0 Nu Dual VTVT Petrol Engine and the 2.0 R e-VGT Diesel Engine.
The 1999cc Petrol Engine produce maximum power of 155 PS @ 6200 RPM and maximum torque of 19.6 kgm @ 4000 RPM. The Petrol Engine gives a mileage of 13.03 kmpl in Manual Transmission & 12.95 kmpl in Automatic Transmission.
The 1999cc Diesel Engine comes with Electronic Variable Geometry Turbocharger which produces maximum power of 185 PS @ 4000 RPM and 40.8 kgm @ 1750-2750 RPM. The Diesel Engine gives a mileage of 18.42 kmpl in Manual Transmission and 16.38 kmpl in Automatic Transmission.
