Hyundai India has launched its much awaited car, Hyundai Elite i20 in India. The Elite i20 is available both in Petrol and Diesel engine.
Hyundai Elite i20 (Petrol)
The Petrol Elite i20 comes with 1.2L Kappa dual VTVT petrol engine which delivers maximum power of 83 PS @ 6000 RPM and maximum torque of 11.7 kgm @ 4000 RPM. The petrol engine is mated with a robust 5-speed manual transmission.
The Elite i20 Petrol version gives the Mileage of 18.60 kmpl.
Hyundai Elite i20 (Diesel)
The Diesel Elite i20 comes with 1.4L U2 CRDi diesel engine which delivers maximum power of 90PS @ 4000 RP and maximum torque of 22.4 kg.m @ 1500-2750 RPM. The diesel engine is mated with a 6 speed manual transmission.
The Elite i20 Diesel version gives the Mileage of 22.54 kmpl.
Design
Hyundai Elite i20 design concept is based on Fluidic 2.0 which is upgraded version of their previous design build concept. The new wraparound headlamps will not only add boldness, but also cast a longer and brighter light beam on the road. Other subtle changes you’ll find is hexagonal grille with chrome element, hood sharp character lines integrated with the front bumper, Turn indicator outside mirrors, Dual tone rear bumper, rear combination lamps, stylish R16 alloy wheels and front fog lamps.
Interior
The Elite i20 has all the perfect ergonomics, top-quality material and the comforts which make its premium hatchback.
The front and rear seat has been redesigned to give good thigh and back support for fatigue free journeys. The other features are 2-Din Audio system equipped with 8 speakers, Bluetooth and 1GB of Internal memory, rear seat 60:40 split, large 285L boot space, glove box cooling and front console armrest with storage space.
The fully automatic AC automatically maintains the desired cabin temperature and cluster ionizer generates ions to purify & deodorize cabin for a healthier & pleasant ride.
