Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has entered the EV segment with the launch of the Honda Activa E and Honda QC1.
Honda Activa E
The Honda Activa E comes with LED headlights and taillights, 12-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, a flat footboard, a 7-inch TFT screen with the Honda RoadSync Duo app, and day and night modes to adjust the brightness.
The Activa E features swappable batteries, allowing for convenient charging. It comes with two 1.5 kWh batteries, offering a combined range of 102 km on a full charge.
Powered by an electric motor, the Activa E delivers 6 kW peak power and 22 Nm torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h in 7.3 seconds and has a top speed of 80 km/h. The Activa E offers three riding modes: Econ, Standard, and Sport.
Honda QC1
The Honda QC1 features LED headlights, taillights, a 5-inch LCD display, a 26-liter storage box, a USB Type-C outlet, and a futuristic design.
It is powered by a 1.5 kWh fixed battery, offering a range of 80 km. Charging from 0 to 80% takes 4 hours and 30 minutes, while a full charge takes 6 hours and 50 minutes.
The QC1 is equipped with an in-wheel electric motor that delivers 1.8 kW peak power and 77 Nm maximum torque. It has a top speed of 50 km/h.
