Bajaj Auto has launched 150cc commuter bike, Bajaj V15 in India. The bike fuel tank is built using the metal of INS Vikrant.
Bajaj V15 is designed as a commuter bike but with design wise, Bajaj tries to give the sporty look with pumped up the fuel tank, imposing front fascia, ergonomic handlebar, Thunderous exhausts and Double cradle construction. The V comes with a removable rear seat cowl which can be detached to seat the pillion. It means switch between Cafe Racing style and commuter bike with extra seat.
Other smart features include: Bold Sporty Graphics, classic Led tail lamp, premium seats, digital-analog console and large disc brakes. The new speedometer cluster comes with dual color LED & fuel level indicator.
Bajaj V15 is equipped with All New 150cc DTS-i Engine with dual spark-plug which produces maximum torque of 13 Nm @ 5500 RPM and maximum power of 11.8 bhp @ 7500 RPM. The bike is using Telescopic front suspension and Twin-Spring loaded hydraulic type with gas filled suspension.
