General Motors India has lunched all new Chevrolet Cruze in Indian Market. The new Chevrolet Cruze received new 2.0 litre VCDi engine which delivers max power of 166 PS (earlier 150PS) at 3800 rpm and max. torque of 380 Nm (earlier 323Nm) at 2000 rpm. Cruze also gets new 6-Speed Manual gearbox. GM claims that the new Cruze will hit 0-100 kmph under 9 sec.
The new Cruze will be up against the Toyota Corolla, Altis, Renault Fluence, Skoda Laura, Volkswagen Jetta and Honda Civic.
